So it's been 39 days since my last period ended, technically 46 day cycle as the start date is beginning of last period...no signs. Boobs aren't sore or as full as they are normally, some minor cramps but no CM change :( very emotional though. I had an ultrasound and I have multiple follicles on my ovaries, I got a referral to the OBGYN but I'm just waiting for them to finally call me to book an apt. I've researched PCOS, I'm supplementing, I've changed my diet accordingly. My grandma recently told me she had her uterus and one ovary removed due to endometriosis and had like five miscarriages in her life. She carried four kids successfully though. My mom's cycles were always normal though? And other gma had a cyst or something removed but I can't remember all the details...
