Eczema/Dermititis Treatments..

So my eczema has decided to flare up, mainly on my tummy which is weird for me, plus dermititis on my hands which flares up every ~4yrs. I usually just put dermaid on my eczema but hesitant to use too much because of it being a steroid treatment. A Dr just prescribed me 'Elidel' for my dermititis but now looking online it says to avoid it during pregnancy due to being an immunosuppresant.. I work in a hospital so wary of catching people's bugs.. ! 😝 Ended up on antibiotics with a staph infection last time I had a flare up on my hands so want to stop it getting any worse.

Anyway, has anyone else had to treat eczema/dermititis during pregnancy, and what did you use??
