I need to know if I should relieve my guilty conscience by telling my mum something terrible I did a couple months ago while on holidays. My dad cannot know and I'm worried she'll never forgive me and tell my dad. I have anxiety about it because I told a guy friend who threatens me with it and I feel helpless. Please help im really scared and I don't want to tell her and regret it
