Faint line on opk = Lh surge ?

Hi all, does a faint line on opk mean LH surge ? Im logging into glow and im on CD12 today and have faint line. Should i log that as LH surge under ovulation testing?

Hope this helps. The final 2 are positive and ovulated then. We always have LH in our system. The surge is right before ovulation.x

Needs to be as dark or darker than the control line to be a LH surge as in positive x
