ITS AMAZING!!! I don't use the Diva Cup brand but what I have is very similar. I don't get any cramps at all compared to what I felt with tampons. Also, you can put them in for a lot longer periods of time and not have to worry about TSS. Me and my hubby go boating a lot and my cup will get me through a 15 hour day of physical activity without being changed-- even on my first couple days. When I first started using it, I admit, it kind of grossed me out and was very messy. There's kind of a learning curve when it comes to putting it in/out without getting blood all over yourself. However by my second cycle I totally got it and now I can cleanly replace it within a couple minutes. I just wash mine out with a little tee tree oil soap every night, but rinsing is usually works. You can even put it in boiling water to disinfect it but I've had mine for over 2 years and I think I only found the need to boil it about twice. My cup is definitely one of my best purchases. I think I spent $40 on mine which seems expensive, but its more economical in the long run because it pretty much lasts for life and I don't have to buy tampons or pads, only the occasional box of panty liners. I definitely recommend the cup to anyone!!!! It works for all body types just make sure to get the right size! I've heard rumors it doesn't work for people with a tilted uterus though. Not sure if that's true but its still worth a shot!
