Three weeks postpartum and I had a uti for two days before going to doctor. I was prescribed Macrobid and took my first one lst night but I am nervous that I waited too long before going to doctor because today my kidneys hurt. I had a catheter to deliver my son because of epidural and doctor says that is likely the cause. I'm sure it doesn't help that I am on week 3 of having to wear a pad because of bleeding and lochia. Has anyone else experienced this after birth?
