Confused

I did a text on Tuesday and it came up like above with the barely noticeable line, my periods were due on Wednesday but I had spotting Thursday and yesterday and now they've stopped I though it was my period starting till today , could I be pregnant should I take another test ??? Plus my boobs are very sore
