I started the pill yesterday and I've been having a mild stomach cramp, like I gotta poop, and waves of nausea. Is that a normal for the first time? I take my pill in the morning when I get up, but I've heard that if you take it before bed you don't get as sick. Has anyone experienced this? Also, I wasn't exactly sure where to start on the pills, because the first pill says Sunday and I started on Friday so I took the first Friday pills, could that affect anything?
