Do I look big for being 28 weeks and 2 days?

Do I look big for being 28 weeks and 2 days with my second baby? Some say no some say yes I haven't gained more than 15 pounds since the day I found out I was pregnant which is a lot less than my first. And I failed my sugar test. (1 hr) my first was a boy this ones a girl. And now I'm rambling
