If it's taking pills, they make gummy prenatals. Take actual prenatal vitamins, not children's vitamins. Prenatals are meant to give you and your unborn baby the vitamins you both need for a healthy pregnancy

That's funny because I was just told by my Dr to try them because I can't keep everything down on 7 prenatal right now....she said it's better than nothing at this point

a long time ago they only gave women iron tablets to take when they were pregnant and their babies were perfectly fine..well I was born fine so I don't c y u can't take it ..oncw it has folic acid

If you look at what's in an actually prenatal and those it is pretty much the same so it should be fine

You want to get the chalky ones because they have iron. I take Flintstones too but the chalky ones. The prenatals gummies I had didn't have iron so my Dr suggested the switch.

I couldn't keep regular prenatals down so they told me to take two flinstone vitimans a day. I have the chalk like ones. Shouldn't be a problem!
