help❗️❗️ so I woke up this morning with the most severe pain in my middle-lower back and around both sides to my lower stomach.. i can barely walk bc of this. can anyone tell me what this might be? I'm scared something ruptured.. I don't usually ever have back pain and my period isn't due for another 10 days. I'm on the pill also..
