Worried about scan

Has anyone ever been told in their 20 weeks scan the baby had really little legs? The lady seem concerned about the baby having little legs and I have never heard of that b4. My baby has wedged its bum in my hip with its legs & head going up towards my belly button so it's not the bests place for it to grown & hopefully it's moves but she has really worried me pointing out that it had Little legs.
