Social media help !!

So I forgot my password to one if my accounts, when I click forgot password it tells me to type in my email address and that it will send me a reminder so I did this like about 5 times already and I keep checking my email and nothing! I even check the spam folder and there's no email from them. Anyone know what else I can do ? I don't remember my password :(
