The man needs to have complete control of himself. It has worked for me for the last 5 years!! However I'm married and having another child wouldn't be bad. Just unexpected. I certainly wouldn't recommend this for teens or random hookups. To be safe use condoms and the pill.

Pre cum contains sperm and I know alot who have gotten pregnant from the pull out method

With that being said 
Me and my bf use the pull out method 
But thats because we both decided that if its meant to happen it will 
We just are not 100% fully trying yet but we arent doing anything to stop it
