Date change

So I've always been on a 29 day cycle and this month I started tracking ovulation and have been using glow to do so on the calendar this month I didn't ovulate till cd22 and my predicted period was yesterday the 22nd.  Once I logged my ovulation days it pushed my period back a week and now isn't supposed to start till the 29. Technology my period is last according to all of my other periods. I've take a pregnancy test and it's negative...any thoughts? Should u assume my new cd1 is now the 29th or am I considered late?
