C-Section after Vaginal Birth

Kara
Hello! Sorry this is so long!! I delievered my son vaginally 2 1/2 years ago. He was stuck in the birth canal after 3 hours of pushing and delivered with forceps. Thankfully, he was very strong and wasn't stressed during delivery but I lost a lot of blood and had 4 third degree tears. My doctor, due to the previous complications, gave me the option of having a c-section for our little girl because this delivery could end in a worse scenario- such as stress to the baby, emergency c-section and tears that require surgery. I said I'd like to try a vaginal birth and although she is 100% supportive, I'm thinking more and more about it. My son was stuck because of a large head circumstance and being 9 pounds. The doctor is going to monitor our little girl's weight the closer we get and obviously if I need a c-section, I will have one. Whatever is safest for our little girl!   I'm curious if anyone else has been in a similar situation and chose to try a vaginal birth or the c-section. Thank you in advance!
