I am on depo and I hate it! I had the IUD and had it surgically removed. No more things going inside of me. The only thing left is pills if those are good what kind are good!? And the rod that goes in your arm.. Any suggestions!?

I loved the ease of the depo but it caused me to spot way too much so I switched to the patch. Once a week I change it and it works. Only downside is that it's kinda an eyesore during the bikini months

I'm getting the implant in my arm, you can always try the nuva rings that go inside you or just the basic pill
