Periods after D&C

Mc on November 24 at 11 wks had my D&C done on November 25 exactly a month after I got my period very short maybe 3-4 days when my period used to last about 5-6. I was suppose to start today but nothing. Does anyone know if this happens. Could I possibly be pregnant again. I would be so happy yet so scared since this all just happened 2 months ago.
