I always tell my man how much I love him and I show it but only when I'm really depressed and crying and sad he shows it, how can I get him to want me and show he wants me and treat me like I'm special anytime?

But on a serious note - in my experience I've learned its kind of a guy thing.

Us girls - we go above and beyond because we're usually so emotionally attached to our SO's. We think to send them cute texts and make plans with them and treat them to things

Guys on the other hand - all they think about is video games, hanging out with their friends, and getting laid and ya know once in a blue moon they'll do something thoughtful and romantic

If your SO never really seems to put in any effort to show you he loves you, well then...you deserve someone who will!!

I'm with you on this one. My husband is the same way. I'm still trying to get through to him that I need to be show that I'm "loved" a lot more.
