32+5 with horrible pain
I need some help!! What can I do to relieve this back and hip pain??! My back pain is ALL over, starting from the bottom and shooting up. And my hips hurt mainly the left but it depends on what hip I'm laying on. Any suggestions? Btw, I DON'T want to take any meds.
