My period was due on jan 19 haven't had it took a test 2 weeks ago very faint positive another last week clearly positive but my question is shouldn't I have some spotting or implantation bleeding I noticed alot of women have it weeks before their period is due

I have all the symptoms sore boobs nausea tired even have heartburn especially around 3-4 a.m light cramping in lower stomach and back just a long history or miscarriage looking for some insight
