Does the type of stroller tire matter?

All this stroller / car seat stuff is making my head spin! 😳
My husband said that air filled tires are better for maneuvering & handling compared to cheaper rubber tires. Anyone has insight on this?

We are leaning towards a britax or maxi cosi travel system.

He is right:) I am a stroller junkie, and also own a small resale business selling mostly strollers.

When it comes to strollers, you absolutely get what you pay for! my personal favorite stroller is the uppababy vista (the pre 2015 model) and that is what we use for my 17mo old, and will also use for the new baby in May. We also have the uppababy Mesa infant seat and adore it. My second favorite is the Britax b-ready. It is almost identical to the uppababy vista:)

I prefer strollers that parent-face, so those are the top of my list. As for my favorite non parent-facing strollers, that would be the Bumbleride indie and indie 4. Both of them have air filled tires.

I would avoid anything maxi-cosi, as they tear up and break far quicker than they should for the money spent.

I think it depends on how you will use it. 
We are both very active and will spend more time out walking on a variety of terrains, so we were told the bigger the wheel the better. 
If you are going to spend more time around shopping centres it won't be as big an issue. 
But yep, so many choices!!!
