Ovulation test detect pregnancy?

Since I'm snowed in and can't get to the store I looked online to see if my ovulation sticks would be able to detect if I'm pregnant. I am 4 days late. And this is what I saw this morning. Has anyone ever tried this?

A positive ovulation test after your TWW would be a reason to think you might be pregnant, but this ovulation test looks negative. I would wait to get excited until you can get a pregnancy test.
