Calling on all military wives and girlfriends!
My boyfriend left for Marine Corps boot camp the almost two weeks ago. The entire time that we've been together I've known he was going to boot camp and I've been preparing for being apart. I'm even a military brat myself and I'm very used to being away from my dad. 
But this is so much harder! One day we were hanging out and the next morning his recruiter calls him and said that a spot just opened up and he left that same morning. I was in school when he called me and he came into my class to say goodbye.
So is there anything that helps the time go by quicker? I've got tons of Pinterest-worthy countdown things. But I need more than binge watching Netflix and cleaning the house! Anything will help, thank you!
