I think I got my positive I am not sure I believe it

I am scared to believe it. Is it possible to get s negative one day using fmu and then take a test in the afternoon and get a positive? I'm 35 and had a mc in July and have been trying ever since. Thank God for all his amazing things he does for us!!!
