Random crying?

I'm 4 days pp today. I keep crying over everything but I'm not sad! Is this normal?

Totally normal! Lack of sleep, crazy hormones, stress, (in laws in town?!) Tons of factors that can just overwhelm. Although for me sometimes or was happy crying too, like when I would think about when they first handed dd to me.

That's how I was! I didn't feel sad, definitely felt stressed... But any comment, happy feeling, etc could make me cry. It went away after a few weeks, but for a while... Drop of a hat, cue water works! Hang in there! ❤️

It was very normal for me for about a week. I was so happy tho! I'm 4 weeks pp now and it's a lot better lol

Yes around 3-4 days after I had my son all I did was cry. Even my husband mentioning me crying I would cry! Lol! But hang in there! About a week or so it went away. Talk to someone about it, chances are someone close to you has experienced the same. It gets better I promise!
