I was a very big bra size at age 14 😮 I think I was already a 32 D then and continued growing! I'm a 36F, sometimes G! nothing wrong with big boobs, or small boobs, or even the inbetween boobs
☺️ all boobs are great boobs, they come in all different shapes and sizes and there's no "perfect bra size" no matter what anyone tells you, there's only what your body gives you and you need to learn to be okay with that ☺️ (unless you have money and get a boob job if you are seriously self conscious about it, then it can change lol)

Hell no that's not bad.... some people's boobs just don't grow as fast as others. Just wear a push-up bra😉

It's not bad? It's what you have, yes it's gonna suck at times because I have the same size and believe me it does. Embrace it, who cares!
