Sterilization help!!!

So, I am 25 and I have been thinking of getting sterilized. Unfortunately, my doctor won't do it and other doctors are saying that they won't do it either. Everyone keeps telling me to just use regular BC, but my system has rejected just about all of them in one way or another. I am at a loss, because I REALLY don't want kids, I am legit terrified of them, but I don't want to wear a condom with my fiancé until I am 37(the age they will do the procedure). Can anyone help me with options or possible doctors I can go to. Also advise if you have had it done or not. Thank you all lovely ladies!!!
