Can someone tell me what are the exact signs of having endometriosis Bc I truly believe I have had it since I started my first period at 12 years old .

Crippling period pain, like you have to take days off school and work kind of pain. The kind of pain where it hurts to move kind of pain. Feverish, heavy flow, irregular periods, no relief from period pain medication, pain during sex, troubles conceiving, anemia/ iron deficiency. Etc. google it you should find way more symptoms but those are pretty overt symptoms and signs that your endo has spread and is causing health risks. Better book yourself to see a gynaecologist, Google one in your area that specialises in chronic pain or endometriosis for better results. There have been many situations where women don't get diagnosed earlier because their doctors don't know how to look for endo or how to treat it.   Don't make the same mistake. Also endometriosis can't be seen with an ultrasound, they will most likely ask you to do a laparoscopy. Its a minor keyhole surgery but if they find the endo they remove it. I got this done and I don't feel period pain anymore. It's scary but definitely recommend if you do get diagnosed with endometriosis.
