Period with ovarian cyst

I went to the hospital last week with excruciating pain in my lower abdomen and I found out that I had two cyst on my left ovary but one of them popped and I got medicine for it then it stopped hurting and I started my period Today but all day my right ovary is hurt I'm thinking I might have a cyst on the right one now has anybody else have cyst while on their period? I tried to do research because I have never had a cyst before and I'm glad I know what's wrong with me now but.. I'm still a little confused. Thank you!
