MY ARM IS GOING TO FALL OFF

I slept on my arm all night and it hurts so bad, like when blood is all the sudden rushing back into a limb its fucking painful but it's not going away and the pain is all the down to my finger tips. I've been sitting here rubbing my arm for an hour but it feels weak like it's just going to fall off. Is this normal if you slept weird on your arm all night long?
