Is there anything anyone has done to help when ttc? Silly question I know!

I'm just getting impatient now and every month I get excited but then mother nature happens!

We have to use lube due to my partner having had an operation in the past otherwise it can be painful for him... sorry if too much info!

I've read that lube can block sperm from getting through!

Has anyone ever used conceive plus? Or anything similar? Thankyou
