Umm so I'm 13 and I've had my first period. I had it a couple weeks back and it started again today. My last one was really heavy and I soaked 4 liners and a pad within 10 minutes. This one isn't so bad but it still left me soaked in under 20 minutes. My mam told me it's normal to have a heavy flow for the first few times until it gets regular and even but I'm still a little concerned. Also a few days before my period I was lightheaded and dizzy.
