Ringworm treatment

Kristen. • Wondering if anyone has taken a systemic anti fungal for ringworm (pill). Most are category c but the creams aren't working for me. I've had this for months, started out trying home remedies (apple cider vinegar, garlic, etc), moved to over-the-counter antifungal creams with no relief. Went to derm 3 weeks ago, got prescription anti fugal cream. Since the appointment it has spread. I have another appt this week but was wondering if anyone has taken anything specific I could mention. TIA!
