To young they say

Hi im 19 years old and i found I was pregnant 6 January . At first my boyfriends was there , but when I tell him about it he was so distant . But for me I was already in love with my baby .. I'm 7 weeks now and I already feel love for my shrimp , I don't really know if it's normal . We broke up this weeks but he said that he will be there for me when the baby will be here. Should I have an abortion or follow my heart ? I know it will be hard but did you all get strength when u see your baby for the first time ?
