I got the mirena January 7th and have had extremely bad cramps everyday since then. I've been taking Tylenol and ibuprofen simultaneously everyday since. Oddly, the cramps actually got a bit better when I started my period but never went away and are worsening again. I'm on day 8 now of my period which were always 5 days before with the last two days being very light. Today I passed a chunk of tissue (not a blood clot) the size of a half dollar. I can't go to the doctor until after February 5th. I'm not sure what to think. Its also been affecting my hormones and making me feel really angry which is very unusual for me.
