When to make freezer meals?

I am new to freezer meal making but I would like to make as much as possible before the baby comes. My husband is not very handy in the kitchen but he would be able to handle the crockpot or warming something in the oven. ... Have any of you done freezer meals before? At what point should I start prepping?

Meals will last 6 months in the freezer. Make sure you date them! I have been doubling dinner for the past week or so and freezing half. I'm 32 weeks. I've made funeral potatoes with keilbasa, chili, beef stew, taco meat, lasagna, spaghetti! Most meals freeze well :)

I would start about a week or so before your due date and just do it all in 1 or 2 nights. I had a scheduled c-section and just ended up buying freezer meals from the frozen section a couple nights before I went to the hospital.
