Irregular periods?

I've only had 2 periods in the past 6 months. So I really never know when I'm ovulating.  Anyone else had this problem?

i used to be like that and i got my cycle to 30-36 days taking vitex .

Also hard to know when to test. I feel like I wasted a lot of $ on pregs tests!

My periods are really irregular right now too. My last cycle was 84 days long. I went to see an OBGYN and he prescribed me progesterone to kick start a new cycle and then I had to get blood work done on day 3 of my cycle to test my hormone levels. I'd recommend going to see a doctor so they can figure out why you are irregular or not ovulating, and see how they want to treat it. Good luck!

Have you been to your doctor? I went 3 months without one for no reason and wasn't ovulating so she gave me medication to start it and I've been regular ever since. Sometimes your body just needs a little help.

Iam 47 cycle and been takn vitex for 3wks

Yes I'm right there with you! It's been 114 days since my last period... It's frustrating cause my husband and I are trying to conceive
