So i've been on the depo shot for about 2 years now, and my experience has been fine but i've read a lot about it messing up people who take it a long time so i'm looking to potentially switch bc methods. I get migraines though so i can't use combo bc, & iud's & the 5 year implant kind of freak me out, so i've been considering & looking into progrsterone pills. Any advice or things to consider?
