Bladder control after having baby

My daughter is 14 months old. She was delivered via c-section. In the past couple of weeks, I have experienced slight bladder control issues. I will feel the need to go and it will trickle out before I can get to the restroom!  Is this a larger concern?  It doesn't happen every time, but has happened several times in the last 2 weeks. TIA!
