My little guy is almost 10 weeks and we've been exclusively breastfeeding with minimal issues. The problem in having is after he finishes nursing my breasts feel really sore, almost like their bruised. It's the whole breast, no specific spots, no lumps, redness or warmth. Anyone else experiencing this or know what it is? They actually hurt more the emptier they are its so weird.
