Today I went for my 12 weeks scan, we saw the little baby on screen but no heartbeat was detected, me and my partner have been in bits all day and feel extremely empty and lost, we have an silent miscarriage but thought everything was going so well 💔 if anyone has any past experiences with a happy ending or how to get through this please share, thank you!
