Warning! TMI post. Please help!

Hi, ladies. This is kind of embarrassing. I've been having some issues with leaking urine, so my doctor suggested I use some A and D ointment down there to prevent irritation from the urine. I applied some to the top, but a little while later when I went to the bathroom and wiped, I think I might have gotten some in my vagina. Should I be concerned about this??
