Condom broke

me and my boyfriend have been having sex for a while now and the condom broke. It's too late to get plan b and I'm younger than 17 so my boyfriend doesn't want me to take it because of the symptoms my period is late by 14 days. I'm scared because there still could be a chance of pre-cum although he didn't cum inside of me. Any ideas or what's the probability that I'm pregnant also can you take plan b if you're younger than 17?
