Can your cervix unefface? My midwife told me I was 90% effaced at 36 weeks and at a +1 station now I'm 38 weeks went to the hospital for contractions the contractions were about 4 minutes apart than went back out to 10 minutes part so they told me to come back when they are 2-3 minutes apart , and they said I was barely 10 percent effaced and the baby's head wasn't even in the pelvis 😔😔😔😔😔 it was very sad news to hear 😒
