Diarrhea a labor symptom?

This is TMI but last night I was having some crazy diarrhea and cramping. I heard this was a pre-labor symptom, but I'm not experiencing anything else. Have you guys heard anything about that or was this just a random bug or bad meal? I'm 33 weeks +5.

The later you get in pregnancy it's normal for your body to fluctuate from constipation to normal to diarrhea, it's all your muscles and organs and ligaments moving and stretching to a ccomodate for the upcoming birth, everything moving can irritate your bowel causing it. I had a bout of diarrhea and now I've gone back to constipation
