Question about BM?

Hey there my daughter hasn't pooped at all yesterday or this am. I'm getting worried. She is gassy and tooting a lot and still has set diapers. Is this normal??? She seems like she is so uncomfortable and I wish I could help her. She is taking breast milk and formula once a day. Any thoughts??

How old is she? There shouldn't be any reason to worry unless 2 or 3 days pass I believe. We just introduced solids and I'm noticing they aren't as regular as they used to be. I think their systems are just adapting.

I find I hear this a lot when babies are on formula. Formula is harder for their bodies to digest, possibly you can switch brands? I don't personally have experience with formula but from friends whose little ones have trouble it tends to be the brand of formula. Also are you consuming dairy? The dairy in your milk might be upsetting her. I didn't introduce diary into my diet until my twins were about 6 months and still now I try to keep it very minimal. There are other things in your diet that can upset their stomachs, certain vegetables especially. When my son was younger if I had too much greens he was very gassy. You may want to cut things out then slowly reintroduce them. Once their digestive systems mature a bit they usually grow out of it. You could try to do bicycle kicks for her when you see her gassy or trying to push.
