Is it bad not to take the white pills? Myth?

Okay so read that if you don't take the white pills when you on your period, chances are that you just will not have a period? Does anyone no if this is bad for you or has anyone experienced not taking them. But any how this would be my second month not taking them so I'm really not sure if anything is happening yet?

It's okay to skip them and start a new pack ( I did for vacation), but it's not recommended to do it for a long time.

The white pills are actually just sugar pills to keep you in the routine of taking a pill everyday. For the last year, I've been on a set of pills that makes t so my period I so not every three months. When it gets to the white pills, I just throw out the pack, wait the week (I've always gotten my period that week) the. Started a new pack the following Sunday. No issues.

You can skip your period by going from one lot of hormonal pills to the next, but do this too much and you'll likely get irregular spotting. If you still have a break and just don't take your placebo pills then your period will come as normal. They're only there for habitual reasons
