Sorry it's a little long

So when I was pregnant with my son the first sign of pregnancy was my breasts leaking clear/milky color and I was still getting BFN.

I breastfeed him but had to stop at 10 months because I was able to pump as much as I needed at work and school. It's been a good year and a half since I dried up... well my SO and I are ttc #2 and the end of December my breasts started leaking again.. but AF was here January 11th and left January 15th. Now they are leaking more and have a tingling sensation. Last time I tested it was a BFN..I have no idea what is going on, I am not on any medication that would cause this.

Does anyone have any insight on this? Could I finally be pregnant?
