Asymmetrical breasts?

Question

I have very uneven breats, one which is a 34DD with a much larger nipple, and the other is probably a B or C cup with a much smaller nipple. I'm 18 so I don't think they're completely finished growing but I don't think any growth is going to fix this. 
I'm considering a breast augmentation (fat transfer) surgery, but I'm not sure. It's expensive and I'm worried about the implications.
Any thoughts on this? Anyone else have this problem?

Most women don't have the same size breasts. I used to have the same problem as you, even with the nipples, but I just stopped worrying about it. After they grew more when I started birth control at 18, I realized that they still change sizes so much even after finishing puberty- during weight changes, hormonal changes (bc), having children, and so on. I know several people who said they would never get surgery until they're done having children. My best friend was a small B before she was pregnant, swelled up to a full C, and now she pretty much has mosquito bites after breastfeeding.

Just worry about getting a good bra fitting. If a guy comments on it, then he's a fuckboy and you need to move on 💁🏻

My right breast is noticeably larger than the left (when naked). It's fine in a bra though.

Breasts aren't going to be exactly the same size.
